I Asked BBF – Can AI Writers Replace Human Writers?
It answered…
“AI writing is a powerful, immensly time-saving tool for generating content, but it is not capable of replacing human writers. While it can produce coherent and grammatically correct sentences, it lacks the creativity, nuance, and understanding of context that human writers possess.
Additionally, it is not able to understand the intent or purpose of the text it generates in the same way a human can. It’s more likely to be used to assist the human in writing tasks.”
Good… so far. So I asked… “Can you expand on this?”
“Certainly. One of the key differences between AI writers and human writers is that the technology is based on a set of pre-trained data, which it uses to generate text. This means that it can generate text that is grammatically correct and coherent, but it lacks the ability to understand the context or purpose of the text.”
“For example, a human writer can understand the intended audience for a piece of writing, and tailor the language and tone to suit that audience. AI writers, on the other hand, can only generate text based on the input it is given, and does not have the ability to understand the audience or purpose of the text.”
“Another key difference between AI writers and human writers is that AI writers lacks creativity. Human writers have the ability to come up with unique ideas and perspectives, and to express them in a way that is engaging and meaningful.”
“AI writers, on the other hand, can only generate text based on the patterns it has learned from its training data. This means that while it can generate text that is coherent and grammatically correct, it is unlikely to produce anything truly original or creative.”
“In summary, AI writing is a powerful tool for generating content, but it cannot replace human writers.”
My two cents…
The better and more imaginative you are at creating the “prompts” that tell the writer what to create… (even down to the style in which it writes), the more readable and accurate the writer’s output will be.
FYT – “Prompt Engineering” is quickly becoming a HIGHLY profitable skill.
